Recently, our school had a weekend visit from Mr. Nate England and Mr. David Hamann. We warmed up on Friday evening then had a four hour workout on Saturday afternoon.

Please visit the Kosho School’s website and check out Mr. England’s podcast Chop Talk, where many of our school’s Yudansha have been featured.

When asked how he felt about his achievement, Mr. Scott replied “I like to work out and train hard.” Congratulations Mr. Scott on your achievement. The students of the McLain’s Kosho School salute you. We are honored to train with you and to have you as our Chief Instructor.
